INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required to inform you about the purposes for which your data is collected, stored, or forwarded. This information will also inform you of your rights regarding data protection.
1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING Data processing is carried out based on legal requirements to fulfill the consulting contract between you and the medical advisor and the associated obligations. Your personal data, especially your health data, will be collected for this purpose. This includes medical histories, diagnoses, treatment suggestions, and findings collected by us or other physicians. For these purposes, other physicians or psychotherapists treating you may also provide us with data (e.g., in the form of medical reports). The collection of health data is a prerequisite for coaching. If the necessary information is not provided, thorough consultation cannot take place.
2. WEBSITE INFORMATION The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. If personal data (such as name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, it is always on a voluntary basis, whenever possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g., communication via email) can have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
3. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is legally permitted and you have given your consent. Recipients of your personal data may primarily include other doctors and clinics. The transmission mainly occurs to clarify medical questions. In individual cases, data may be transmitted to other authorized recipients.
4. STORAGE OF YOUR DATA We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for conducting the consultation. Due to legal requirements, we are obligated to store these data for at least 10 years after the conclusion of the consultation.
5. YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to request information about your personal data. You can also request the correction of incorrect data. Additionally, under certain conditions, you have the right to request the deletion of data, the restriction of data processing, and the right to data portability. The processing of your data is based on legal regulations. In exceptional cases, we will need your consent. In such cases, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future data processing. You also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
6. LEGAL BASIS The legal basis for processing your data is Article 9 Paragraph 2 (h) of the GDPR in conjunction with Paragraph 22 Paragraph 1 No. 1 (b) of the Federal Data Protection Act. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.
